I’ve spent 15+ years working in service-based and contracting companies across the residential, industrial, & commercial construction industries. I launched my consulting practice in 2019 and focus on providing fractional CFO, COO, and technology consulting services to small and medium construction businesses with $1M-$50M in annual revenue.

I have direct experience operating in several different capacities for both commercial general and specialty trades contractors - Accounting & Finance, Operations, Project Management, Business Development and Executive/Leadership roles, giving me a well-rounded business background within the construction and contracting industry.

I graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Commerce and Business Administration. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® through the Project Management Institute and a Certified Procore Consultant through Procore Technologies.

I live in Birmingham, AL with my wife Lindsey and her two GSP's.
